Q13EasyConcept

How do you give a demo that convinces customer stakeholders?

30-second answerSay your answer out loud first, then reveal.

Demo structure (15–20 min)

  1. Context (2 min): "Today your team spends 25 minutes per claim reading documents..."
  2. Live flow (8 min): the user's real journey, e.g. open a claim → AI summary with citations → adjuster edits → approves.
  3. Trust features (3 min): click a citation to see the source; show a case where the AI flagged uncertainty; show the audit log.
  4. Results (3 min): eval numbers, time saved in the trial, user quotes.
  5. Next steps (2 min): pilot plan, what you need from them.

Do

  • Use 2–3 realistic examples, including one hard case.
  • Speak in business outcomes.
  • Invite a user from their team to drive the demo if possible.

Don't

  • Show prompts or code to executives (unless asked).
  • Rely on live internet, VPN or fragile dependencies without a backup.
  • Overclaim ("it's 100% accurate").

Slow is fine. Stopping is the only problem.
